What we do
Keys and a monthly check
We keep a spare key and visit every month: doors, windows, taps and general condition. You get a short photo report after each visit.
Cleaning
Regular or deep cleaning, so the home is ready whenever you come.
Repairs and deliveries
We let in the plumber, the electrician or a delivery, and check the job is done properly.
Ready for your arrival
The fridge filled before you land, guests welcomed and keys handed over.
Choose a plan, add extras when you need them.
Pay monthly, or pay for the year and save. Prices exclude VAT.

A local team you can call by name.
Surkey was founded by Pablo Ledesma, who lives here on the coast. With a small team of trusted cleaners and tradespeople, we look after every home as if it were our own, in English or Spanish.
